We provide Monthly Janitorial Cleaning Services to the highest quality standards to fit the needs of any business: we can create a plan to determinate the frequency of visits in need for your business.
Portable Carpet Steam Cleaning:
Superclean offers a detail steps for carpet cleaning process. This step involves a pre inspection trough the common areas in need and point out any areas of concern to our crew leader. This process extract and rinse is also known as hot water extraction. The crew leader will check at the end to make sure we obtain a maximum cleaning result.
Spot Carpet Cleaning:
Superclean provides superior Residential (common areas) Carpet Spot Cleaning using a portable carpet spotter for a quick removal of all kinds of spots, stains, spills, pet accidents, set-in stains from carpet and upholstery.
Pressure wash:
Superclean offers Pressure washing services to a large variety of surfaces.
We use a high-pressure washer to remove loose paint, mold, grime, dust, mud, chewing gum and dirt from surfaces, buildings, concrete surfaces, roofs, decks, sidewalks, patios, driveways, parking lots etc.
Graffiti Removal:
Superclean removes spray painted graffiti from exterior walls, driveways, walkways, metals, wood etc. Superclean use SF Approved products that meet health and environmental criteria for the City of San Francisco.
Window cleaning:
Our staff clean the inside and outside of lobby windows using methods and equipment that will leave windows sparkling.
We provide windows cleaning not higher than 10 feet.
Supervision Services for Move In/Move Out.
Superclean offers move in/move out supervision services. Our goal is to make your moving as smooth and stress free as possible with a reasonable budget.
Our Supervision work hours are:
8:00AM to 12:00 PM / 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Garage Cleaning:
We offer Garage Dry Cleaning Services that includes Electric Shop Vacuums and treatment of parking stall oil stains. We can also do a Pressure Wash Garage Services, but it will need to be discussed with the customer prior the event.
